The story
Ibrahim Mostafa leads quality and operations at EGY X: choosing materials, training technicians and reviewing every car before delivery.
He designed the 7-stage system for protection-film jobs: wash, polish, second wash, film installation, exterior finish and nano, interior finish and nano, and delivery — each with a standard and a photo. Customers follow their car live with every service, from intake to delivery.
