Data we collect when you deal with us

When you book, activate a warranty or create an account: your name, phone number and car details, used only to deliver the service, the warranty and related communication.

Photos of your car taken at the center appear in your account and your private tracking page, and are never shown publicly without your consent.

My car page: your car and reminders are saved on your device. Only if you turn on notifications do we keep the car, reminders, governorate and the notification subscription, with no number or name, and they are deleted when you turn notifications off or after 6 months without opening the page.

Who sees your data

The center team serving you and our management system. We never sell your data.

Service providers we use to run the site (hosting, WhatsApp messages) see only what they need.
