What is nano ceramic?
Nano ceramic is a clear coating applied to the car’s paint after it is prepared and polished. It adds gloss and makes water and dust less likely to stick to the paint. The one we use at EGY X is German, with a 3-year warranty.
What does nano ceramic protect against, and what does it not?
It preserves the paint’s gloss and makes the car easier to clean, but it does not stop stone chips.
- What it does: gloss, a surface that water and dust do not cling to easily, and easier washing.
- What it does not do: it does not protect against stone chips or deep scratches. That is the job of protection film.

Nano ceramic, graphene or protection film?
They differ in the kind of protection, the warranty and the price:
- Nano ceramic (German): a coating for gloss and easier cleaning · 3-year warranty · 6,000 EGP
- Nano graphene (American): a coating on the same principle with a longer warranty · 5-year warranty · 9,000 EGP
- Protection film (PPF): a film that stops scratches and stone chips · 10 to 12 years depending on the film · full car from 25,000 EGP

How much does nano ceramic cost?
6,000 EGP; the final price is set after inspection, and the inspection is free. Polishing and paint correction is the step that comes before nano, so no scratch or swirl gets sealed under the coating.
Is there nano for wheels, glass and the interior?
Yes, as part of the protection packages: nano ceramic for rims, glass and black plastic trim, and interior nano for the dashboard, console and doors. Want them without a package? Ask us on WhatsApp.

The warranty is 3 years, with a free check-up every 6 months.
